[recon-devel] Build recon with Visual Studio 2008

[Scott Godin]

The VS2010 files are the only ones that are tested and maintained regularly
at the moment. I'll try to update the files to build properly under VS2008
later today.

Building recon on Windows
-------------------------
1. Ensure the build environment is setup as indicated above.
2. Use the recon_8_0.sln Visual Studio 2005 or recon_10_0.sln Visual
Studio 2010 solution file

Can I use the recon_9_0.sln ?
Now I build the recon with Visual Studio 2008, but I have a lot of errors!
